This booking should be made for an In-Person Meeting to prepare for Room Additions, Multiple Projects, & Full Home Remodels.

• Jobsite Visit & 20 hours of Planning
• 15 Hours of Interior Design
• Develop a Scope of Work
• Produce an Accurate Quote
• Floor Plan Drawing
• Meeting with necessary contractors/engineers/architect
• Produce a Preliminary Schedule
• Prepare a Construction Contract
